Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2020 Golden Ticket Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will be available at all Stella’s Place and Shelby’s locations. These gaming cafes/restaurants operate under the ownership and management of Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC, with video gaming provided by Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Midwest SRO, LLC (“Sponsors”). The promotion starts on Monday, February 10, 2020 when such Gaming Cafés open and ends on Monday, February 24, 2020 at close of business. The 2020 Golden Ticket Giveaway will allow guests who come into a Stella’s Place/Shelby’s to receive one stamp card per person across all participating locations. Guests can receive one (1) large chocolate bar for every four (4) stamps on their stamp card (stamps 4, 8, and 12).  Guests will receive one (1) drawing entry when they receive their stamp. There will be a Grand Prize Drawing for one winner across all locations that will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2020 for $2,000 in gift cards.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and a member of the PlaySpinWin loyalty program*, and who are in Illinois at the time of the participation in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”).  The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC, Gold Rush Amusements, Inc, and Midwest SRO, LLC, and each of their parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those living in the same household (defined as those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence as the Eligible Entrant at any time during the Promotion Period) of such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees.  Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide his/her complete name, street address (including city and state), date of birth, phone number and email address (optional).  There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

1. PROMOTION DATE:  The “promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Monday, February 10, 2020 when such Gaming Café opens that day and will end in all Gaming Cafés at close of business on Monday, February 24, 2020, or the date and time when the particular Gaming Café’s supply of Chocolate Bars is depleted (the “Promotion Period”). The Grand Prize Drawing will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2020 for $2,000 in gift cards.

1. PROMOTIONAL DETAILS:  Starting Monday, February 10, 2020 when such Gaming Café opens and ending Monday, February 24, 2020 at close of business, every eligible entrant that visits a participating gaming café and is a member of the PlaySpinWin program can receive one (1) stamp card per person across all participating locations.  Guests can receive one (1) stamp per day across all locations. Guests will receive one (1) drawing entry when they receive each stamp.  Drawing entries must be filled out with full name, phone number, email address, and mailing address to be eligible to win the Grand Prize Drawing. Guests will receive one (1) large chocolate bar when they receive their fourth (4), eighth (8), and twelfth (12) stamps on their stamp card. Guests can receive no more than three (3) large chocolate bars during the promotion. Grand Prize drawing will be on Thursday, February 27, 2020 for one winner across all locations for $2,000 in gift cards.

1. GOLDEN TICKET PRIZES AND ODDS: The prizes available per batch of Chocolate Bars, and the odds of winning each Prize (in each of the 55 participating Gaming Cafés), are stated below.

Each of the fifty-five participating Gaming Cafés will receive either 70 or 90 large chocolate bars with one (1) “Golden Ticket Prize” of a $50 Gift Card at each gaming café. Drawing entry prize messages will award the guest 5 (5) additional drawing entries. Odds of winning drawing depends on the number of entries in the drawing entry bowl.

1. CONDITIONS: Chocolate Bar wrappers are not transferable.  The Chocolate Bar wrapper from Chocolate Bars that are not opened in front of the Guest Service Host on the day that they are received will be void and the prize stated on the Chocolate Bar wrapper will not be awarded.  Prizes that are not redeemed during the same visit that the Chocolate Bar wrapper was opened will be void and the prize stated on the Chocolate Bar wrapper will not be awarded. In no event will Sponsor award more prizes at any level or at any Gaming Café than the number set forth in these Official Rules as being available to be awarded.  If for any reason (including without limitation due to a printing, production or other error) there are more prizes claimed at any level than that which is set forth in these Official Rules as being available, once the maximum number of each prize has been claimed at a Gaming Café, no further prizes will be redeemed at that level, but Sponsor will provide the Eligible Entrant with another Chocolate Bar, while supplies last. If any prize is unclaimed, it will not be awarded.  All Chocolate Bar wrappers are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained, played and/or redeemed in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels, (b) any part is counterfeit, altered, defective, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated, damaged, or irregular in any way, or (c) contain printing, typographical, mechanical, seeding or other errors.  Sponsor’s liability for Chocolate Bar wrappers that contain printing or other errors is limited to replacement of such Chocolate Bar with another Chocolate Bar while supplies last at the location where the original defective Chocolate Bar was obtained.

1. MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any creative/collateral materials relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules will prevail. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or damaged entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections. Management reserves all rights.

1. SPONSOR: The 2020 Golden Ticket Giveaway promotion is sponsored by Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC, Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”), and Midwest SRO, LLC (“Midwest SRO”). Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC is located at 2800 South River Road, Suite 110, Des Plaines, IL 60018.

1. CHOICE OF LAW: All aspects of this promotion follow Illinois law, including Illinois Gaming and Sweepstakes laws and applicable Illinois Gaming Board policies and must be compliant with those laws and policies at all times.
