Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The $80,000 Money Madness Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will be available at all participating Stella’s Place and Shelby’s locations (54 locations). These gaming cafes/restaurants operate under the ownership and management of Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC, and are sponsored by Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Midwest SRO.  The promotion starts on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 8 a.m. (or when such Gaming Café opens that day) and ends on Monday, March 16, 2020 (at time of close for each location), and resume beginning on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 8 a.m. (or when such Gaming Café opens that day) and ends on Sunday, August 16, 2020 (at time of close for each location), or while supplies last. Guests can come into a participating Gaming Café to receive one gameboard across all locations. Limit one gameboard per person across all participating locations for the duration of the promotion. Guests may receive one stamp per person per day across all locations. Guests will receive one scratch card for every game finished (every 3rd stamp). Guests will receive the number of entries corresponding to the game number they finished (entries from 1-8 based on number of games). The Grand Prize drawing will take place on Friday, August 21, 2020 for 4 winners of $1,000 in cash.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and a member of the PlaySpinWin loyalty program*, and who are in Illinois at the time of the participation in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”).  The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC, and Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Midwest SRO, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those living in the same household (defined as those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence as the Eligible Entrant at any time during the Promotion Period) of such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide his/her complete name, street address (including city and state), date of birth, phone number and email address (optional). There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

PROMOTION DATE: The “promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 8 a.m. (or when such Gaming Café opens that day) and ends on Monday, March 16, 2020 (at time of close for each location), and resume on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 8 a.m. (or when such Gaming Café opens that day) and ends on Sunday, August 16, 2020 (at time of close for each location) or while supplies last. 

Drawing entries will remain in the drawing entry bowl until final drawing at end of the promotion.

1. PROMOTIONAL DETAILS: Starting on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 8:00 am (or when such Gaming Café opens that day) through Monday, March 16, 2020 (at time of close for each location) and resuming on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. (or when such Gaming Café opens that day) through Sunday, August 16, 2020 (at time of close for each location) every Eligible Entrant that visits a participating gaming café and is a member of the PlaySpinWin program can receive one (1) gameboard per person, while supplies last. Guests may only receive one (1) gameboard across all participating locations for the duration of the promotion. Guests may receive one (1) stamp per day across all participating locations. When each game is finished (every 3rd stamp), guests will receive a scratch card and the corresponding number of entry cards based on the game number that was finished (entries from 1-8 based on number of games). Prizes on the scratch card must be redeemed immediately. Entry cards must be filled out with full name, phone number, and mailing address to be eligible to win. Grand Prize drawing will take place on Friday, August 21, 2020 for 4 winners of $1,000.

Odds of winning Grand Prize drawing depend on the number of drawing entries in the drawing entry bowl.

1. Money Madness PRIZES AND ODDS: The prizes available per batch of Scratch Cards, and the odds of winning each Prize (in each of the 54 participating Gaming Cafés), are stated below.

Each of the fifty-four participating Gaming Cafés will receive 300 Scratch Cards. Odds of winning drawing depends on the number of entries in the drawing entry bowl.

1. MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any creative/collateral materials relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules will prevail. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or damaged entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections. Management reserves all rights.

1. CONDITIONS: Prizes are not transferable. One (1) gameboard per person across all participating locations, based on availability. Limit one (1) stamp per person per gaming day across all participating locations. Not responsible for lost or stolen gameboards or prizes.  Any applicable taxes on Gifts/Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. No more than the advertised number of Prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entrants. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion. Persons who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion (or portion thereof) for any or no reason, including if Sponsor determines that any portion of the Promotion is compromised for any reason, and, if terminated, at Sponsor’s discretion, Sponsor may select the potential winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to action taken. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
