Official Rules

  • NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
  • PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The Trip A Day Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will be available at participating, open, and operating Stella’s Place, Shelby’s, and Dotty’s locations (80 locations). These Gaming Cafes operate under the ownership and management of Illinois Café & Service Company, LLC, and sponsored by Midwest SRO, LLC. (Midwest). The Promotion starts on Monday, March 2nd, 2026, when such Gaming Café opens and ends on Sunday, May 3rd, 2026, at the end of business day. During the promotion, there are sixty-three (63) separate Daily Promotional Periods. A Daily Promotional Period is defined as a singular “business day” from the time such Gaming Café opens to the end of the same business day.

During each Daily Promotional Period when a guest visits a Stella’s Place, Shelby’s, or Dotty’s location the Promotion allows that guest to enter once every 60 minutes across all participating locations to win that daily promotional period prize. Monday through Saturday prizes include one (1) $2,000 trip package per each Daily Promotional Period. Alternatively, on Super Sundays the prize includes one (1) $4,000 trip package. Each entry is only valid for the daily promotional period of the visit and is not carried over to another daily promotional period. One (1) unique winner for each daily promotional period will be drawn at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Rd, Des Plaines, IL) on the same day. A guest may only win one (1) time during the duration of the Promotion. Guests must provide full name, mobile phone number, email address, valid mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), and date of birth to qualify to win. Guests do not need to be present to win. Guests will have 14 days to claim their prize from the time they are notified. Guests can only win one time (1) during the entire promotions.

  3. Monday, March 9th ,2026, through Saturday, March 14th, 2026 (One (1) $2,000 winner drawn per day)
  4. Monday, March 16th, 2026, through Saturday, March 21st, 2026 (One (1) $2,000 winner drawn per day)
  5. Monday, March 23rd, 2026, through Saturday, March 28th, 2026 (One (1) $2,000 winner drawn per day)
  6. Monday, March 30th, 2026, through Saturday April 4th, 2026 (One (1) $2,000 winner drawn per day)
  7. Monday, April 6th, 2026, through Saturday April 11th, 2026 (One (1) $2,000 winner drawn per day)
  8. Monday, April 13th, 2026, through Saturday April 18th, 2026 (One (1) $2,000 winner drawn per day)
  9. Monday, April 20th, 2026, through Saturday April 25th, 2026 (One (1) $2,000 winner drawn per day)
  10. Monday, April 27th, 2026, through Saturday May 2nd, 2026 (One (1) $2,000 winner drawn per day)
  11. Super Sundays promotional period dates are as follows: March 8th, March 15th, March 22nd, March 29th, April 5th, April 12th, April 19th, April 26th and May 3rd. One (1) $4,000 winner will be drawn on each of the listed dates.
  • ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois who are twenty-one

(21) years of age or older, and a member of the PlaySpinWin program*, and who are in Illinois at the time of the participation in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”). The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Illinois Café & Services Company, LLC, and Midwest SRO, LLC, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as

“Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those persons, whether related or not, living in the same residence as such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of the Promotion Parties at any time during the Promotion. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide their full name, mobile phone number, email address, valid mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), and date of birth. There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

  • PROMOTION DATE: The Promotion will begin in all participating operating Gaming Cafés on Monday, March 2nd, 2026, when such Gaming Café opens and ends on Sunday, May 3rd, 2026, at end of business day. One (1) unique winner will be drawn per daily promotional period at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Rd, Des Plaines, IL) on the day after each daily promotional period to win one (1) trip package; Monday through Saturday prizes include one (1) $2,000 trip package. Alternatively, on Super Sundays the prize includes one (1) $4,000 trip package.
  • PROMOTIONAL DETAILS: Odds of winning depend on the number of entries during each daily promotional period. A guest may only win one (1) daily trip package over the entire promotion. If the guests name is drawn a second time, a new drawing will occur to select a unique winner. No more than three (3) unique winners may win from any one (1) location over the entire promotion. If a fourth entry is pulled from a location, a new drawing will occur to select a new unique winner from a different location. $1,000.00 in American Airlines Gift Card(s) (or similar)
  • $1,000.00 in American Express Gift Card(s) (or similar)

Each of the Monday through Saturday Daily Promotional Periods will award one (1) $2,000 trip package consisting of the following prizes:

The Super Sundays Promotional Periods will award one (1) $4,000 trip package consisting of the following prizes:

  1. $2,000.00 in American Airlines Gift Card(s) (or similar)
  2. $2,000.00 in American Express Gift Card(s) (or similar)
  • CONDITIONS: Prizes are not transferable. Winning Entrant must complete all required paperwork including a W9 and an affidavit. Sponsors are not responsible for a lost, stolen, expired or damaged prize.
  • AFFIDAVIT OF ELGIBILITY AND LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: Illinois Cafe and Service Company, LLC reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by ICSC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. ICSC may use the photograph/video in signage or other media material produced, used or contracted by ICSC including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, social media, newspapers, magazines, television, websites,

etc. By participating in an ICSC event, all winners must provide their name, phone number, email address and/or mailing address and sign the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form to qualify to win. A person attending an ICSC sponsored event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known by contacting ICSC at 2800 S. River Road, Suite 110, Des Plaines, IL 60018, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. ICSC will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence. By participating in an ICSC event or by failing to notify ICSC, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by ICSC, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify ICSC from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness. Any person or organization not affiliated with ICSC may not use, copy, alter or modify ICSC photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from ICSC.

  • MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any creative/collateral materials relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules will prevail. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or damaged entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections.
