1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2025 Winter Nights & Movie Lights Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will be available at all participating Stella’s Place, Shelby’s, and Dotty’s locations. These Gaming Cafes operate under the ownership and management of Illinois Café & Service Company, LLC, with video gaming provided by Midwest SRO, LLC. (“MSRO”) (“Sponsors”). The Promotion starts Monday, December 29th, 2025, when such Gaming Cafés open and ends Sunday, January 26th, 2026, at the end of the business day. During the promotion, there are four (4) weekly promotional periods, of which weeks 3 and 4 will be considered grand prize promotional periods. A weekly promotional period is defined as one week, from Monday when such Gaming Cafés open to the following Sunday, at the end of the business day. Guests may enter to win once per person, upon entry into a participating location and once every 60 minutes thereafter, during each promotional period. Guests must have a valid ID and provide their full name, mobile phone number, valid home mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), and date of birth to qualify to win.
2. Four (4) weekly Promotional Periods as follows:
3. Monday, December 29th, 2025, through Sunday, January 4th, 2026 (Eight hundred (800) winners drawn, ten (10) per location)
4. Monday, January 5th, 2026, through Sunday, January 11th, 2026 (Four hundred eighty (480) winners drawn, six (6) per location)
5. Monday, January 12th, 2026, through Sunday, January 18th, 2026 (Ten (10) winners drawn, one (1) per group)
6. Monday, January 19th, 2026, through Sunday, January 25th, 2026 (Ten (10) winners drawn, one (1) per group)

All entries are submitted into the current weekly promotional period. In weeks 1 and 2, entries accumulate in the location they were made in. In weeks 3 and 4, entries accumulate in the group they are made in. For the Grand Prize periods, all non-winning entries will accumulate into the group they were made in. Entries do not carry over from one weekly promotional period into the next weekly promotional period.

For the first weekly promotional period, eight hundred (800) unique winners will be drawn, with ten (10) winners per location. In the second weekly promotional period, four hundred eighty (480) unique winners

will be drawn, with ten (10) winners per location. For the third grand prize weekly promotional period, ten (10) unique winners will be drawn, with one (1) winner per group. For the fourth grand prize weekly promotional period, ten (10) unique winners will be drawn, with one (1) winner per group.

Each promotional period drawing will be held the following business day after each promotional period ends at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Rd, Des Plaines, IL) on Monday, 01/05, Monday, 01/12, Monday, 01/19, and Monday, 01/26. Guests do not need to be present to win a prize. A good-faith effort will be made to contact winners. Winners will have 14 days to claim their prize from the time they are notified. Any prizes not claimed within 14 days of the date notified will be forfeited and will not be awarded.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ODDS: The promotion is open to all guests who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, legal residents of the state of Illinois with a valid driver’s license or a valid government-issued photo ID (“Entrant”), and a member of the PlaySpinWin program*, and who are in Illinois at the time of the participation in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”). The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Illinois Café & Services Company, LLC, and Midwest SRO, LLC, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as (“Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those persons, whether related or not, living in the same residence as such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors, and assignees of the Promotion Parties at any time during the Promotion. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide their full name, mobile phone number, valid mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), and date of birth. There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries in each Promotional Period and the number of entries in each location, group.

A guest may only win one (1) time in any individual promotional period and only twice across the entire promotion. If the guest’s name is drawn twice in any single promotional period for a prize, a new drawing will immediately occur to select a unique winner. A guest may only win one (1) grand prize. If the guest’s name is drawn a second time for a grand prize, a new drawing will immediately occur to select a new unique winner.

1. PROMOTION DATES: The “Promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Monday, December 29th, 2025, when such Gaming Cafés open, and ends Sunday, January 25th, 2026, when such Gaming Cafés close. For each of the four (4) weekly promotional periods which weeks 3 and

4 will be considered grand prize promotional periods, drawings will be held the following business day after each promotional period ends January 5th, January 12th, January 19th, and January 26th at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC, (2800 S River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018).
