1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2021 “Backyard Bash” Drawing Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will be available at all Dotty’s, Stella’s Place and Shelby’s locations. These gaming cafes/restaurants operate under the ownership and management of Illinois Cafe and Service Company, with video gaming provided by Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Midwest SRO (“MSRO”) (“Sponsors”). The promotion starts Monday, June 21, 2021, when such Gaming Café opens and ends Sunday, August 1, 2021, at close of business.  Final drawing is August 4, 2021.   The “Backyard Bash” Drawing Giveaway will allow guests who come into a Dotty’s, Stella’s Place, or Shelby’s to receive One (1) Backyard Bash Visit Calendar per guest across all locations for the duration of the promotion (while supplies last). When a guest visits with their Backyard Bash Visit Calendar and presents to host, he/she will receive a PlaySpinWin stamp on each specific corresponding date of visit. Once the employee stamps and initials guest’s visit, the guest will receive one entry card per person, per day across all locations to be entered into the weekly drawings.  The entry card will require 1) the guest to fill out their name and phone number on back side and 2) will require the host to initial and provide respective store # on front side.  First drawings will be held on Wednesday, June 30 at 3PM: Ten (10) winners will be drawn from all submitted entries across all participating locations.  Second drawings will be held on Wednesday, July 7 at 3PM: Ten (10) winners will be drawn from all submitted entries across all participating locations.  Third drawings will be held on Wednesday, July 14 at 3PM: Ten (10) winners will be drawn from all submitted entry forms across all locations. Fourth drawings will be held on Wednesday, July 21 at 3PM: Ten (10) winners will be drawn from all submitted entry forms across all locations. Fifth drawings will be held on Wednesday, July 28 at 3PM: Ten (10) winners will be drawn from all submitted entry forms across all locations. Sixth drawings will be held on Wednesday, August 4 at 3PM: Ten (10) winners will be drawn from all submitted entries across all locations. Entries will be removed from the drawing entry bowl at close of business on Sunday and guests may start entering for the following week’s drawings.  The final drawing will be held on Wednesday August 4 at 3PM: One (1) grand prize winner will be drawn from all submitted entries from the past 6 drawings combined. Guests do not need to be present to win a prize.  A good faith effort will be made to contact winners.  Winners will have 14 days, from the day the prize was won, to claim their prize.  Any prizes not claimed within 14 days of the date won will be forfeited and will not be awarded.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open to all guests who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and a member of the PlaySpinWin loyalty program*.  The guest must provide their name, phone number, mailing address, and/or email address to qualify to win a prize.  No purchase necessary. The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Illinois Cafe and Service Company, Midwest SRO, LLC, and  Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) their parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those living in the same household (defined as those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence as the Eligible Entrant at any time during the Promotion Period) of such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees.  Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
   1. *To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide his/her complete name, phone number, street address (including city and state) and/or email address.  There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

1. PROMOTION DATE:  The “promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Monday, June 21, 2021 when each Gaming Café opens that day and ends on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at close of business day. Last drawing will take place on Wednesday, August 4 at 3:00 pm.

1. MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any creative/collateral materials relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules will prevail. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or damaged entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections

1. CONDITIONS:  Prizes are not transferable.  One Backyard Bash Visit Calendar per person, across all locations, across duration of promotion.  While supplies last. Not responsible for lost or stolen Backyard Bash Visit Calendars. One (1) entry card per person, per day, across all participating locations. While supplies last.  Not responsible for lost or stolen prizes or gift cards.  Designated gift cards and prizes cannot be exchanged and have no cash value.  Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.    

1. CONDITIONS: Any applicable taxes on Gifts/Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Entries or availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the notification of winners, or in any Promotion related materials. No more than the advertised number of Prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entrants. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion. Persons who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion (or portion thereof) for any or no reason, including if Sponsor determines that any portion of the Promotion is compromised for any reason, and, if terminated, at Sponsor’s discretion, Sponsor may select the potential winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to action taken. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

1. CHOICE OF LAW: All aspects of this promotion follow Illinois law, including Illinois Gaming and Sweepstakes laws and applicable Illinois Gaming Board policies and must be compliant with those laws and policies at all times.
