1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2026, Sail Into Summer Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will be available at all participating Stella’s Place, Shelby’s, and Dotty’s locations. These Gaming Cafes operate under the ownership and management of Illinois Café & Service Company, LLC, with video gaming provided by Midwest SRO, LLC. (“MSRO”) (“Sponsors”). The Promotion starts Monday, June 1st, 2026, when the Gaming Cafés open and ends Sunday, August 9th, 2026, at the end of the business day. During the promotion, there are ten (10) weekly promotional periods and five (5) grand prize promotional periods. A weekly promotional period is defined as one week, from Monday when such Gaming Cafés open to the following Sunday, at the end of the business day. The grand prize promotional period is defined as the entire duration of every two-weekly promotional period dates, when such Gaming Cafés open, until the end of the business day on Sunday. Guests may check-in and enter to win once per person, upon entry into a participating location, and once every 60 minutes thereafter, during each promotional period. Bonus entries and instant win prizes may be awarded after each registered guest has checked in and spun the Spin Wheel. The instant prize consists of Body Lotion/Lip Balm Kit, limited to one (1) per guest, and twenty (20) per participating location, and the Mystery Sun Cruiser instant prize, limited to one (1) per guest, and seven (7) per participating location. Only while supplies last. Guests must have text enabled to claim the prize with the host. Not every “check-in” receives a bonus entry(s) or instant prize. Guests must have a valid ID and provide their full name, mobile phone number, valid home mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), and date of birth to qualify to win.

All entries are submitted into the current weekly promotional period. In Promotional Periods 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, entries accumulate in the group they are made in. Entries do not carry over from one weekly promotional period into the next weekly promotional period, and entries do not transfer from one group to another. Every two-weekly promotional period, entries are accumulated and submitted into the current Grand Prize Promotional Period. Entries do not carry over from the previous two- weekly promotional periods into the next Grand Prize Promotional Period. Each Grand Prize Promotional Period has its own two-week promotional period for accumulated entries.

For the first weekly promotional period, eighty (80) unique winners will be drawn, with one (1) winner per location. In the second weekly promotional period, eighty (80) unique winners will be drawn, with one (1) winner per location. For the Grand Prize Promotional Period One, one (1) unique winner will be drawn from all participating locations’ entries accumulated during the first and second weekly promotional period.

For the third weekly promotional period, eighty (80) unique winners will be drawn, with one (1) winner per location. For the fourth weekly promotional period, forty (40) unique winners will be drawn, with four (4) winners per group. For the Grand Prize Promotional Period Two, one (1) unique winner will be drawn from all participating locations’ entries accumulated during the third and fourth weekly promotional period.

For the fifth weekly promotional period, forty (40) unique winners will be drawn, with four (4) winners per group. For the sixth weekly promotional period, forty (40) unique winners will be drawn, with four (4) winners per group. For the Grand Prize Promotional Period Three, one (1) unique winner will be drawn from all participating locations’ entries accumulated during the fifth and sixth weekly promotional period.

For the seventh weekly promotional period, thirty (30) unique winners will be drawn, with three (3) winners per group. For the eighth weekly promotional period, twenty (20) unique winners will be drawn, with two (2) winners per group. For the Grand Prize Promotional Period Four, one (1) unique winner will be drawn from all participating locations’ entries accumulated during the seventh and eighth weekly promotional period.

For the ninth weekly promotional period, twenty (20) unique winners will be drawn, with two (2) winners per group. For the tenth weekly promotional period, ten (10) unique winners will be drawn, with one (1) winner per group. For the Grand Prize Promotional Period Five, one (1) unique winner will be drawn from all participating locations’ entries accumulated during the ninth and tenth weekly promotional period.

Each weekly promotional period drawing will be held on the following business day after each weekly promotional period ends at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Rd, Des Plaines, IL) on Monday, 06/08, Monday, 06/15, Monday, 06/22, Monday, 06/29, Monday, 07/06, Monday, 07/13, Monday, 07/20, Monday, 07/27, Monday, 08/03 and Monday, 08/10. For the Grand Promotional Period, drawing will be held on the following business day after each two-weekly promotional period ends at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Rd, Des Plaines, IL) on Monday, 06/15, Monday, 06/29, Monday, 07/13, Monday, 07/27, and Monday, 08/10. Guests do not need to be present to win a prize. A good-faith effort will be made to contact winners, through email, text or calling. Winners will have 14 days to claim their prize from the time they are notified. Any prizes not claimed within 14 days of the date notified will be forfeited and will not be awarded. Guests must have text enabled to claim the prize with the host.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ODDS: The promotion is open to all guests who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, legal residents of the state of Illinois with a valid driver’s license or a valid government-issued photo ID (“Entrant”), and a member of the PlaySpinWin program*, and who are in Illinois at the time of the participation in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”). Participants can only have one registered and active account, and additional accounts will be considered void and ineligible. The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Illinois Café & Services Company, LLC, and Midwest SRO, LLC, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as (“Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those persons, whether related or not, living in the same residence as such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors, and assignees of the Promotion Parties at any time during the Promotion. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide their full name, mobile phone number, valid mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), and date of birth. There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries in each Promotional Period and the number of entries in each group.

A guest may only win one (1) time in any individual promotional period and only (2) two times across the entire promotion. If the guest’s name is drawn twice in any single promotional period for a prize, a new drawing will immediately occur to select a unique winner.

PROMOTION DATES: The “Promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Monday, June 1st, 2026, when such Gaming Cafés open, and ends Sunday, August 9th, 2026, when such Gaming Cafés close. For each of the ten (10) weekly promotional periods, drawings will be held the following business day after each promotional period ends: June 8th, June 15th, June 22nd, June 29th, July 6th, July 13th, July 20th, July 27th, August 3rd, and August 10th. For each Grand Prize Promotional Period, a drawing will be held on the following business day after each two-weekly promotional period ends: June 15th, June 29th, July 13th, July 27th, and August 10th at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC, (2800 S River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018).
