1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
2. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2024 Gobble ‘Til you Wobble Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will be available at all participating Stella’s Place, Shelby’s, and Dotty’s locations (85 locations). These Gaming Cafes operate under the ownership and management of Illinois Café & Service Company, LLC, with video gaming provided by Midwest SRO, LLC. (“MSRO”) (“Sponsors”). The Promotion starts Monday, November 18, 2024, when such Gaming Café opens and ends Sunday, November 24, 2024, at end of business day. The promotion will allow guests who come into Stella’s Place, Shelby’s, or Dotty’s to receive one entry per person, every 60 minutes to be entered in the drawing. In each day, entries accumulate throughout the promotional period within the group where the entry was received. Entries do not transfer from one group to another. Each location will draw three (3) unique winners with the drawings being held on Monday, November 25, 2024. Additionally, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be drawn from all entries across all locations. Guests can win one (1) prize across all participating locations. Guests must have a valid ID and provide full name, mobile phone number, birth date, mailing address and email address to qualify to win. Each unique winner will be drawn at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Rd, Des Plaines, IL) on Monday, November 25, 2024. Guests do not need to be present to win a prize. A good faith effort will be made to contact winners. Winners will have 14 days to claim their prize from the time they are notified. Any prizes not claimed within 14 days of the date notified will be forfeited and will not be awarded.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ODDS: The promotion is open to all guests who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, legal residents of the state of Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin with a valid driver’s license or a valid government-issued photo ID (“Entrant”), and a member of the PlaySpinWin program*, and who are in Illinois at the time of the participation in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”). The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Illinois Café & Services Company, LLC, and Midwest SRO, LLC, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as (“Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those persons, whether related or not, living in the same residence as such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors, and assignees of the Promotion Parties at any time during the Promotion. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide their full name, mobile phone number, email address, valid mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), and date of birth. There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

Odds of winning depends on the number of entries per day throughout the Promotional Period, and the number of entries in each location and/or group.

4. PROMOTIONAL DATE: The Promotion will begin in all participating Gaming Cafes on Monday, November 18, 2024, when such Gaming Café opens that day and ends on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at close of business day. Three (3) unique winners will be drawn per location at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Road, Des Plaines, IL) on the day after the promotional period ends and each of the unique winners will receive one (1) $20 Butterball Gift Certificate. For the grand prize, one (1) unique winner will be drawn on November 25, 2024, at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC. The grand prize unique winner will receive a $500 grocery gift card.

5. PROMOTIONAL DETAILS: Starting Monday, November 18, 2024 when such Gaming Café opens and ending Sunday, November 24, 2024 at the end of business day, every eligible entrant that visits a participating gaming café, is a member of the PlaySpinWin program, and provides a phone number, address, and email address can receive one (1) entry per person, every 60 minutes to be entered in the drawing. Three (3) unique winners will be drawn each promotional period per location. Guests do not need to be present to win a $20 Butterball Gift Certificate. Entries will be removed after each promotional period. A good faith effort will be made to contact winners. Winners will have 14 days, from the day the prize was won, to claim their prize. Any prizes not claimed within 14 days of the date won will be forfeited and will not be awarded. The following outlines the prize distribution:
