1. 1. 1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2024 Grill & Chill Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will be available at all participating Stella’s Place, Shelby’s, and Dotty’s locations (84 locations). These Gaming Cafes operate under the ownership and management of Illinois Café & Service Company, LLC, with video gaming provided by Midwest SRO, LLC. (“MSRO”) (“Sponsors”). The Promotion starts Monday, May 13th, 2024, when such Gaming Café opens and ends Sunday, June 23rd, 2024, at end of business day. During the promotion there are six (6) weekly promotional periods and one (1) grand prize promotional period. A weekly promotional period is defined as one week, from Monday when such Gaming Café opens to the following Sunday, at the end of business day. The grand prize promotional period is defined as the entire duration of the promotion from the open of business day on May 13th, 2024, through the end of business day on June 23rd, 2024. Guests may enter to win once per person, upon entry into a participating location and once every 60 minutes thereafter, during each promotional period. Guests must have a valid ID and provide their full name, mobile phone number, email address, valid mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), and date of birth to qualify to win.       8. One (1) Grand Prize Promotional Period: Monday, May 13, 2024, through Sunday, June 23, 2024 (6 winners drawn)

All entries are submitted into both the current weekly promotional period and the grand prize promotional period. In each weekly promotional period, entries accumulate throughout the weekly promotional period within the region where the entry was received. Entries do not carry over from one weekly promotional period into the next weekly promotional period, and entries do not transfer from one region to another. All non-winning entries are automatically entered into the Grand Prize Promotional period.

For the first (1st) weekly promotional period eighty-four (84) unique winners will be drawn, with one (1) winner per- location. In the second (2nd) weekly promotional period eighty-four (84) unique winners will be drawn, with one (1) winner per- location. For the third (3rd) weekly promotional period sixty (60) unique winners will be drawn with five (5) being drawn per-group (see section 6 for a complete list of groups). In the fourth (4th) weekly promotional period forty-eight (48) unique winners will be drawn with four (4) winners being drawn per-group. In the fifth (5th) weekly promotional period forty-eight (48) unique winners will be drawn with four (4) winners being drawn per-group. And in the sixth (6th) weekly promotional period twenty-four (24) unique winners will be drawn with two (2) winners being drawn per-group. For the grand prize promotional period six (6) unique winners will be drawn three (3) per-region (see section 6 for a complete list of regions).

Each promotional period drawing will be held the following business day after each promotional period ends at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Rd, Des Plaines, IL) on Monday 5/20, Tuesday 5/28, Monday 6/3, Monday 6/10, Monday 6/17, and Monday 6/24). Guests do not need to be present to win a prize. A good faith effort will be made to contact winners. Winners will have 14 days to claim their prize from the time they are notified. Any prizes not claimed within 14 days of the date notified will be forfeited and will not be awarded.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ODDS: The promotion is open to all guests who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, legal residents of the state of Illinois with a valid driver’s license or a valid government-issued photo ID (“Entrant”), and a member of the PlaySpinWin program*, and who are in Illinois at the time of the participation in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”). The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Illinois Café & Services Company, LLC, and Midwest SRO, LLC, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as (“Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those persons, whether related or not, living in the same residence as such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors, and assignees of the Promotion Parties at any time during the Promotion. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide their full name, mobile phone number, email address, valid mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), and date of birth. There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries in each Promotional Period, and the number of entries in each location and/or region.

A guest may only win once in any individual promotional period and may only win twice (2) over the entire promotion. If the guest’s name is drawn twice in a promotional period or a third time for a prize, a new drawing will immediately occur to select a unique winner. A location within a region may only have one (1) winner per promotional period. If a second (2nd) entry is pulled from a location with an existing winner, a new drawing will immediately occur to select a unique location.

1. PROMOTION DATES: The “Promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Monday, May 13, 2024, when such Gaming Café opens and ends Sunday, June 23, 2024, when such Gaming Café closes. For each of the six (6) weekly promotional periods, drawings will be held the following business day after each promotional period ends, May 20, May 28, June 3, June 10, June 17, and June 24, at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC, (2800 S River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018). For the grand prize promotional period, the drawing will be held on June 24, 2024, at Illinois Café & Service Co. 2800 S River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60018.
