Official Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
• PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The Labor Day Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will be available at all Stella’s
Place, Shelby’s, and Dotty’s locations (87 locations). These gaming cafes/restaurants operate under the
ownership and management of Illinois Café and Service Company, LLC, and sponsored by Gold Rush
Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Midwest SRO, LLC. The promotion starts Saturday, September
4, 2021 when such Gaming Café opens and ends Monday, September 6, 2021 at end of business day.
The Labor Day Giveaway will allow guests that come into a Stella’s Place/Shelby’s/Dotty’s to enter to
win (1) JBL waterproof portable speaker. Guests may enter to win once a day 9/4-9/6, hence, guests
may only enter once per day across all locations. Guests must provide name, phone number, email
address to qualify to win. A winner for each location will be drawn on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, for
the JBL waterproof portable Speaker. Guests do not need to be present to win. Guests will have 14
days to claim their prize from the time they win. Guests can only win one (1) ‘JBL waterproof portable
Speaker’ per promotion.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois who are twenty-one
(21) years of age or older, and a member of the PlaySpinWin program*, and who are in Illinois at the
time of the participation in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”). The following are ineligible to
participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an
Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Illinois Café and
Services Company, LLC, Gold Rush Amusements, Inc, and Midwest SRO, LLC, and each of their parent,
subsidiaries and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved
in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as
“Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or
grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those living in the same household
(defined as those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence as the Eligible Entrant
at any time during the Promotion Period) of such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and
assignees. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide his/her complete name, street
address (including city and state), phone number and/or email address. There is no fee to enter the
Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.
3. PROMOTION DATE: The “promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Saturday,
September 4, 2021, when such Gaming Café opens that day and ends on Monday, September 6, 2021,
at end of business day. One (1) name will be drawn per location on Tuesday, September 7th and each
unique winner will receive one (1) JBL waterproof portable Speaker.
4. PROMOTIONAL DETAILS: Starting Saturday, September 4, 2021 – Monday, September 6, 2021 at end
of business day, every eligible Entrant that visits a participating gaming café, is a member of the
PlaySpinWin program, and provides a phone number, mailing address, and/or email address can
receive one (1) entry per day, per person, across all locations, while supplies last. One (1) winner per
location will be drawn on Tuesday, September 7th, 2021. Guests do not need to be present to win a
‘JBL waterproof portable Speaker’.
Odds of winning drawings depend on the number of entries in the drawing entry bowl.
5. CONDITIONS: Prizes are not transferable. One (1) entry per person, per day. Sponsors are not
responsible for a lost or stolen ‘JBL waterproof portable Speaker’.
6. MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any
creative/collateral materials relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules will prevail. Released
Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed,
misdirected, undelivered, or damaged entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server,
Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections.
7. SPONSOR: The Labor Day Giveaway Promotion is sponsored by Illinois Café and Services Company,
LLC, Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”), and Midwest SRO, LLC (“Midwest SRO”). Illinois Café
and Services Company, LLC, is located at 2800 South River Road, Suite 110, Des Plaines, IL 60018.
8. APPLICABLE LAW: All aspects of this promotion follow Illinois law, including Illinois Gaming and
Sweepstakes laws and applicable Illinois Gaming Board policies and must be compliant with those laws
and policies at all times.
