1. 2. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2023 “Mountains of Moolah Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) will be available at participating Dotty’s, Stella’s Place, and Shelby’s locations. These gaming cafes/restaurants operate under the ownership and management of Illinois Café & Service Company, LLC, with video gaming provided by Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Midwest SRO (“MSRO”) (“Sponsors”). The promotion starts Monday, January 23rd, 2023, when such Gaming Café opens and ends Sunday, February 26th, 2023, when such Gaming Café closes. The “Promotion” will allow guests who come into a participating Dotty’s, Stella’s Place, or Shelby’s, to enter once per person, per day. Guest must provide their full name, phone number, birth date, home mailing address, and email address to qualify to win. There are four (4) weekly promotional periods and one (1) Grand Prize promotional period defined as follows: a. Monday, January 23, 2023, through Sunday, January 29, 2023
2. b. Monday, January 30, 2023, through Sunday, February 5, 2023
3. c. Monday, February 6, 2023, through Sunday, February 12, 2023
4. d. Monday, February 13, 2023, through Sunday, February 19, 2023
5. e. Monday, February 20, 2023, through Sunday, February 26, 2023 – Grand Prize Promotional Period

All daily entries are submitted into both the current weekly promotional period and the grand prize promotional period. In each weekly promotional period, entries accumulate throughout the weekly promotional period within the region where the entry was received. Entries do not transfer from one region to another. Entries do not carry over into the next weekly promotional periods. In the grand prize promotional period all non-winning daily entries are accumulated within the region in which the entry was received. Entries do not transfer from one region to another.

For the first (1st) weekly promotional period, a total of eighty-seven (87) unique winners will be drawn, with one winner per location. In the second (2nd) weekly promotional period, a total of forty-eight (48) unique winners will be drawn, with twenty-four (24) winners from each of the two (2) regions (see section 5 for a complete list of regions). In the third (3rd) weekly promotional period twenty-four (24) unique winners will be drawn with twelve (12) winners from each of the two (2) regions. In the fourth (4th) weekly promotional period twelve (12) unique winners will be drawn, with six (6) winners from each region. Each unique winner will receive one (1) of the designated weekly promotional period prizes. For the grand prize promotional period, two (2) unique grand prize winners will be drawn one (1) from each region. Guests do not need to be present to win. Guests will have 14 days from the date the prize was awarded to claim their prize.

Each promotional period drawing will be held the following business day after each promotional period ends, January 30, February 6, February 13, February 20, February 27, at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC, (2800 S River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018).

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ODDS: The promotion is open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and a member of the PlaySpinWin program*, and who are in Illinois at the time of the participation in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”). The following are

ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Illinois Café and Services Company, LLC, Gold Rush Amusements, Inc, and Midwest SRO, LLC, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those persons, whether related or not, living in the same residence as such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of the Promotion Parties at any time during the Promotion. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide their full name, phone number, birth date, mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), and email address. There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries in each Promotional Period, and the number of entries in each region.

A guest may only win once in any individual promotional period and may only win two (2) total prizes over the entire promotion, if the guests name is drawn twice in a promotional period or a third time for a prize, a new drawing will immediately occur to select a unique winner. A guest may only win one (1) grand prize, if the guests name is drawn a second time for a grand prize, a new drawing will immediately occur to select a unique winner. A location within a region may only have one (1) winner per promotional period. If a second (2nd) entry is pulled from a location with an existing winner, a new drawing will immediately occur to select a unique location.

PROMOTION DATES: The “Promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Monday, January 23, 2023, when such Gaming Café opens and ends Sunday, February 26, 2023, when such Gaming Café closes. For each of the four (4) weekly promotional periods, drawings will be held the following business day after each promotional period ends, January 30, February 6, February 13, February 20, at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC, (2800 S River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018). For the grand prize promotional period, the drawing will be held on February 27, 2023, at Illinois Café & Service Co. 2800 S River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60018.
