PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2025 Road Trip Ready Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will be available at all participating Stella’s Place, Shelby’s, and Dotty’s locations. These Gaming Cafes operate under the ownership and management of Illinois Café & Service Company, LLC, with video gaming provided by Midwest SRO, LLC. (“MSRO”) (“Sponsors”). The Promotion starts Monday, July 7th, 2025, when such Gaming Cafés open and ends Sunday, August 17th, 2025, at the end of the business day. During the promotion, there are five (5) weekly promotional periods and one (1) grand prize promotional period. A weekly promotional period is defined as one week, from Monday when such Gaming Cafe’s open to the following Sunday, at the end of the business day. The grand prize promotional period is defined as the entire duration of the promotion from Monday July 7th, when such Gaming Cafes open, until the end of the business day on Sunday, August 17th. Guests may enter to win once per person, upon entry into a participating location and once every 60 minutes thereafter, during each promotional period. Guests must have a valid ID and provide their full name, mobile phone number, valid home mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), and date of birth to qualify to win.

ii.
Monday, July 14th, 2025 through Sunday, July 20th, 2025 (79 winners drawn, one per location)

iii.
Monday, July 21st, 2025 through Sunday, July 27th, 2025 (30 winners drawn, three per group)

iv.
Monday, July 28th, 2025 through Sunday, August 3rd, 2025 (20 winners drawn, two per group)

v.
Monday, August 4th, 2025 through Sunday, August 10th, 2025 (20 winners drawn, two per group)

One (1) Grand Prize Promotional Period as follows:

i.
Monday, July 7th, 2025 through Sunday, August 17th, 2025 (5 winners drawn, one per region)
All entries are submitted into the current weekly promotional period. In weeks 1 and 2, entries accumulate in the location they were made in. In weeks 3 and 4, entries accumulate in the group they are made in. For the Grand Prize period, all non-winning entries will accumulate into the region they were made in. Entries do not carry over from one weekly promotional period into the next weekly promotional period.
For the first weekly promotional period, seventy-nine (79) unique winners will be drawn, with one (1) winner per-location. In the second weekly promotional period, seventy-nine (79) unique winners will be drawn, with one (1) winner per-location. For the third weekly promotional period, thirty (30) unique winners will be drawn with three (3) winners per group. For the fourth weekly promotional period, twenty (20) unique winners will be drawn, with two (2) winners per group. For the fifth weekly promotional period, twenty (20) unique winners will be drawn, with two (2) winners per group. For the Grand Prize promotional period, five (5) unique winners will be drawn, with one (1) per region.
Each promotional period drawing will be held the following business day after each promotional period ends at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Rd, Des Plaines, IL) on Monday, 7/14, Monday, 7/21, Monday, 7/28, Monday, 8/4, Monday, 8/11, and Monday, 8/18.) Guests do not need to be present to win a prize. A good-faith effort will be made to contact winners. Winners will have 14 days to claim their prize from the time they are notified. Any prizes not claimed within 14 days of the date notified will be forfeited and will not be awarded.
3.
ELIGIBILITY AND ODDS: The promotion is open to all guests who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, legal residents of the state of Illinois with a valid driver’s license or a valid government-issued photo ID (“Entrant”), and a member of the PlaySpinWin program*, and who are in Illinois at the time of the participation in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”). The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Illinois Café & Services Company, LLC, and Midwest SRO, LLC, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as (“Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those persons, whether related or not, living in the same residence as such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors, and assignees of the Promotion Parties at any time during the Promotion. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide their full name, mobile phone number, valid mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), and date of birth. There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries in each Promotional Period and the number of entries in each location, group and/or region.
A guest may only win one (1) time in any individual promotional period and only twice across the entire promotion. If the guest’s name is drawn twice in any single promotional period for a prize, a new drawing will immediately occur to select a unique winner. A location within a group may only have one (1) winner if a second winner is drawn from a location with an existing winner, a new drawing will immediately occur to select a new unique winner from a different location. A guest may only win one (1) grand prize. If the guest’s name is drawn a second time for a grand prize, a new drawing will immediately occur to select a
new unique winner. A location within a region may only have one (1) winner. If a second entry is pulled from a location within an existing region, a new drawing will occur to select a new unique winner from a different region.
4.
PROMOTION DATES: The “Promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Monday, July 7th, 2025, when such Gaming Cafés open, and ends Sunday, August 17th, 2025, when such Gaming Cafés close. For each of the five (5) weekly promotional periods and the one (1) Grand Prize promotional period, drawings will be held the following business day after each promotional period ends July 14th, July 21st, July 28th, August 4th, August 11th, and August 18th at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC, (2800 S River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018).

GROUPS, REGIONS, & LOCATIONS: A Location is defined as a participating Dotty’s, Stella’s Place, or Shelby’s gaming café under the ownership and management of Illinois Café & Service Company, LLC, with video gaming provided by Midwest SRO (“MSRO”). For a complete list of locations, please send a self-address stamp envelope to: Illinois Café & Service Co. 2800 S River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60018. A Group is defined as a selection of participating Dotty’s, Stella’s Place, and/or Shelby’s gaming café locations. A group consists of 7-9 store locations in similar proximity or geographical location. All ten (10) groups are listed below. A region is defined as a pair of groups. MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any creative/collateral materials relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules will prevail. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or damaged entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections
8.
CONDITIONS: Prizes are not transferable. One (1) entry per person, per 60 minutes at participating locations. Your physical presence inside a participating establishment will be required to properly enter the promotion. Promotional entires completed by any other individual or entity will be declared invalid, and entries earned will be disqualified from the Promotion. Not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. Designated prizes cannot be exchanged and have no cash value. Prizes cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Any applicable taxes on Gifts/Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. No more than the advertised number of Prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entrants. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion. Persons who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion (or portion thereof) for any or no reason, including if Sponsor determines that any portion of the Promotion is compromised for any reason, and, if terminated, at Sponsor’s discretion, Sponsor may select the potential winner(s) for
the drawing(s) at issue from among all non
-suspect, eligible entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to action taken. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

AFFIDAVIT OF ELGIBILITY AND LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: Illinois Cafe and Service Company, LLC reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by ICSC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. ICSC may use the photograph/video in signage or other media material produced, used or contracted by ICSC including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, social media, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. By participating in an ICSC event, all winners must provide their name, phone number, email address and/or mailing address and sign the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form to qualify to win. A person attending an ICSC sponsored event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known by contacting ICSC at 2800 S. River Road, Suite 110, Des Plaines, IL 60018, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. ICSC will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence. By participating in an ICSC event or by failing to notify ICSC, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by ICSC, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify ICSC from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness. Any person or organization not affiliated with ICSC may not use, copy, alter or modify ICSC photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from ICSC.

CHOICE OF LAW: All aspects of this promotion follow Illinois law, including Illinois Gaming and Sweepstakes laws and applicable Illinois Gaming Board policies and must be compliant with those laws and policies at all times.
