1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2021 “Spectacular $2021 Cash Giveaway” Drawing Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will be available at participating Dotty’s, Stella’s Place and Shelby’s locations. These gaming cafes/restaurants operate under the ownership and management of Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC, with video gaming provided by Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Midwest SRO (“MSRO”) (“Sponsors”). The promotion starts Monday, March 22, 2021 when such Gaming Cafés open and ends Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 3PM when the final drawing is completed.   The “Spectacular $2021 Cash Giveaway” will allow guests who come into a Dotty’s/Stella’s Place/Shelby’s to receive one “Spectacular $2021 Cash Giveaway” booklet across all locations for the duration of the program (while supplies last). One stamp per person, per day, across all locations. 2 stamps equal 1 entry.  There will be a maximum of 6 entries during each scheduled period of time. Guest must be a member of the PlaySpinWin program and provide a name, phone number, and email address and/or mailing address to qualify to win a prize. Forty (40) unique Grand Prize winners will receive $2021 cash each.  These 40 grand prizes will be drawn at Four (4) drawings where 10 unique winners will be drawn during each scheduled period of time. Drawings will be held on 1) 4/7/2021, 2) 4/21/2021, 3) 5/5/2021, 4) 5/19/2021 (See table below for more detail). The first Drawing will be held on Wednesday, April 7 at 3PM. At this drawing Ten (10) unique winners will be drawn at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Rd, Des Plaines, IL) from all location’s entries to win 1 of 10 – $2021 cash prizes.  The second drawing will be held on Wednesday, April 21 at 3PM. At this drawing Ten (10) unique winners will be drawn at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Rd, Des Plaines, IL) from all location’s entries to win 1 of 10 – $2021 cash prizes.    The third drawing will be held on Wednesday, May 5 at 3 PM. At this drawing Ten (10) unique winners will be drawn at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Rd, Des Plaines, IL) from all location’s entries to win 1 of 10 – $2021 cash prizes.  The final drawing will be held on Wednesday, May 19 at 3PM.  At this drawing Ten (10) unique winners will be drawn at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Rd, Des Plaines, IL) from all location’s entries to win 1 of 10 – $2021 cash prizes.   At the end of each entry period, entries will be removed at close of business day on Sunday with guests being able to start entering at open of business on Monday. Guests do not need to be present to win.  A good faith effort will be made to contact winners.  Winners will have 14 days, from the day the prize was won, to claim their prize.  Any prizes not claimed within 14 days of the date won will be forfeited and will not be awarded. 

1. ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open to all guests who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and a member of the PlaySpinWin loyalty program*.  No purchase necessary. The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC, Midwest SRO, LLC, and  Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) their parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those living in the same household (defined as those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence as the Eligible Entrant at any time during the Promotion Period) of such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees.  Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide his/her complete name, phone number and email address and/or mailing address.  There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

1. PROMOTION DATE:  The “promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Monday, March 22, 2021 when each Gaming Café opens that day and ends on Friday, May 19, 2021 at 3PM (After the completion of the drawing).

1. MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any creative/collateral materials relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules will prevail. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or damaged entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections

1. CONDITIONS:  Cash Prizes are not transferable.  One (1) booklet per guest, across the duration of the promotion (while supplies last). Booklet will be set up into 4 scheduled periods of time. One stamp per person per day across all locations.  After 2 stamps, guest will receive one entry into the drawing for that scheduled period of time. Not responsible for lost or stolen cash prizes.  Cash prizes cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.    Not responsible for lost or stolen booklet.  Booklet cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

1. CONDITIONS: Any applicable taxes on Gifts/Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Entries are availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the notification of winners, or in any Promotion related materials. No more than the advertised number of Prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entrants. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion. Persons who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion (or portion thereof) for any or no reason, including if Sponsor determines that any portion of the Promotion is compromised for any reason, and, if terminated, at Sponsor’s discretion, Sponsor may select the potential winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to action taken. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

1. CHOICE OF LAW: All aspects of this promotion follow Illinois law, including Illinois Gaming and Sweepstakes laws and applicable Illinois Gaming Board policies and must be compliant with those laws and policies at all times.
