Official Rules

  • • NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
  • • PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The “Spice Up Your Kitchen Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) will be available at participating Stella’s Place, Shelby’s, and Dotty’s locations (87 locations). These Gaming Cafes operate under the ownership and management of Illinois Café and Service Company, LLC, and sponsored by Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Midwest SRO, LLC. (Midwest).

The Promotion starts on Monday, March 20, 2023, when such Gaming Café opens and ends Sunday, April 30, 2023, at the end of business day. During the promotion there are forty-two (42) separate daily promotional periods and six (6) weekly promotional periods. A daily promotional period is defined as a singular “business day” from the time such Gaming Café opens to the end of the same business day. The weekly promotional period is defined as one week, from Monday when such Gaming Café opens to the following Sunday, at the end of business day.

During each daily promotional period when a guest visits a Stella’s Place, Shelby’s, or Dotty’s location the Promotion allows the guest to enter to win that daily promotional period prize of one (1) Spice Up Your Kitchen prize package which includes: one (1) $2,500.00 Gift Card to either Home Depot, Menards, Lowe’s, or similar. Each entry is only valid for the daily promotional period of the visit and is not carried over. A unique winner for each daily promotional period will be drawn at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Rd, Des Plaines, IL) on the day after the daily promotional period ends. A guest may only win one (1) daily prize package for the entirety of the promotion. For each weekly promotional period, all entries excluding any winning entries, from the seven (7) daily promotional periods during that week will be accumulated per-location. For (6) six weekly promotional periods, eighty-seven (87) unique winners will be drawn – one (1) per location – at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Rd, Des Plaines, IL) on the day after each weekly promotional period ends.

Guests may only enter to win once a day during each daily promotional period across all participating locations. Each entry will be entered into the corresponding daily and weekly promotional period. Guests must provide full name, mobile phone number, email address, valid home mailing address, and birth date to qualify to win. One (1) unique winner will be drawn at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Rd, Des Plaines, IL) on the day after the daily promotional period date for 42 days. Eighty-seven (87) unique winners will be drawn at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC (2800 South River Rd, Des Plaines, IL) on the day after each weekly promotional period ends. Guests do not need to be present to win. Guests will have 14 days to claim their prize from the date and time they were first contacted.

  • • ELIGIBILITY AND ODDS: The promotion is open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and a member of the PlaySpinWin program*, and who are in Illinois at the time of the participation in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”). The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Illinois Café and Services Company, LLC, Gold Rush Amusements, Inc, and Midwest SRO, LLC, and each
  • of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those persons, whether related or not, living in the same residence as such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of the Promotion Parties at any time during the Promotion. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide their complete name, mobile phone number, valid home mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), email address, and date of birth. There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

Odds of winning depends on the number of entries during each daily promotional period and the number of entries for each weekly promotional period.

A guest may only win one (1) daily prize package over the entire promotion and a guest may only win one (1) weekly prize per over the entire promotion. If the guests name is drawn a second time for either a daily prize package or a weekly prize package, a new drawing will occur to select a unique winner. Guests are limited to two (2) total prizes for the entire promotion. If the guests name is drawn a third (3rd) time, a new drawing will occur to select a unique winner.

No more than two (2) unique winners may win from any one (1) location over the entire promotion. In the event one (1) location does draw two (2) unique winners, all entries from that location thereafter will only be eligible for the weekly promotional periods.

  • • PROMOTION DATE: The Promotion starts on Monday, March 20, 2023, when such Gaming Café opens and ends Sunday, April 30, 2023, at the end of business day. During the promotion there are forty-two (42) separate daily promotional periods and six (6) weekly promotional periods. A daily promotional period is defined as a singular “business day” from the time such Gaming Café opens to the end of the same business day. The weekly promotional period is defined as one week, from Monday when such Gaming Café opens to the following Sunday, at the end of business day.
      1. • PROMOTIONAL PERIODS: The Promotion will be separated into forty-eight (48) promotional periods, with forty-two (42) daily promotional periods and six (6) weekly promotional periods. a. 42 DAILY PROMOTIONAL PERIODS: i. Daily promotional periods begin at 8:00am or when such Gaming Café opens and conclude at the end of the same business day, for 42 consecutive days.
      2. ii. March 20, 2023, – April 30, 2023.
      4. b. 6 WEEKLY PROMOTIONAL PERIODS: i. Weekly promotional periods begin at 8:00am or when such Gaming Café opens on Monday and conclude at 2:00am on the following Monday, for 6 consecutive weeks. 1. Monday, March 20 – Sunday, March 26, 2023
      5. 2. Monday, March 27 – Sunday, April 2, 2023
      6. 3. Monday, April 3 – Sunday, April 9, 2023
      7. 4. Monday, April 10 – Sunday, April 16, 2023
      8. 5. Monday, April 17 – Sunday, April 23, 2023
      9. 6. Monday, April 24 – Sunday, April 30, 2023
  • • PRIZE DETAILS: Each of the forty-two (42) daily promotional periods will award one (1) prize package consisting of the following prizes: a. $2,500.00 Gift Card to either Home Depot, Menards, Lowe’s, or similar

Each of the six (6) weekly promotional periods will award eighty-seven (87) weekly prizes (1 per location, per week) consisting of the following prizes (in no particular order):

  1. a. 87 – Cuisinart Air Fryer (or similar)
  2. b. 87 – $100 in Cash (or similar)
  3. c. 87 – Gotham Steel Pots and Pans Set (or similar)
  4. d. 87 – $100 in Cash (or similar)
  5. e. 87 – KitchenAid Food Chopper (or similar)
  6. f. 87 – $100 in Cash (or similar)
  • • CONDITIONS: Prizes are not transferable. Winning Entrant must complete all required paperwork including a W9 and an affidavit. Sponsors are not responsible for a lost, stolen, expired or damaged prize.
  • • MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any creative/collateral materials relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules will prevail. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or damaged entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections.
