1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2023 “Winter Spintacular Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) will be available at all participating Dotty’s, Stella’s Place, and Shelby’s locations. These gaming cafes/restaurants operate under the ownership and management of Illinois Café & Service Company, LLC, with video gaming provided by Midwest SRO (“MSRO”) (“Sponsors”). The promotion starts Monday, December 18th, 2023, when such Gaming Café opens and ends Friday, January 19th, 2024, when such Gaming Café closes, with five (5) five-day promotional periods equaling twenty-five (25) days. Locations from the ten (10) groups will be selected for mystery visits within the five (5) promotional periods. The five (5) promotional periods are defined as follows: Monday, December 18th, 2023, through Friday, December 22nd, 2023 | Groups 1 & 2
2. Tuesday, December 26th, 2023, through Saturday, December 30th, 2023 | Groups 3 & 4
3. Monday, January 1st, 2024, through Friday, January 5th, 2024 | Groups 5 & 6
4. Monday, January 8th, 2024, through Friday, January 12th, 2024 | Groups 7 & 8
5. Monday, January 15th, 2024, through Friday, January 19th, 2024 | Groups 9 & 10

Each unique location will have one mystery visit per duration of the promo.

For the twenty-five (25) days, a maximum total of eight hundred and thirty (830) unique mystery gifts, with up to ten (10) unique winners – per location. Each unique winner will receive one (1) of the designated Mystery Gifts. Guests need to be present to spin and win. Guests will be awarded the Mystery Gift immediately after spinning the roulette wheel.

All mystery gifts will be awarded at sponsored locations where representatives are present at time of random visit.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ODDS: The promotion is open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and who are in sponsored location at the time of the random visit (“Eligible Entrants”). The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Illinois Café and Services Company, LLC, and Midwest SRO, LLC, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those persons, whether related or not, living in the same residence as such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of the Promotion Parties at any time during the Promotion. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Every spin awards a prize.

A guest may only spin once per mystery visit.

1. PROMOTION DATES: The “Promotion” will begin on Monday, December 18th, 2023, when such Gaming Café opens and ends Friday, January 19th, 2024, when such Gaming Café closes. For each of the twenty-five (25) days, up to ten (10) unique guests per location, will be awarded a spin, for a maximum total of eight hundred and thirty (830) unique winners.

1. PROMOTIONAL DETAILS: All guests may receive one (1) spin per visit where representatives are present. For the five (5) weekly promotional periods, a maximum of eight-hundred and thirty (830) unique winners will be drawn – up to ten (10) per location – to win one (1) of the designated Mystery Gifts.
