Official Rules

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
  • PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2018 Labor Day Weekend Drawing Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will be available at all Stella’s Place and Shelby’s locations. These gaming cafes/restaurants operate under the ownership and management of Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC, and sponsored by Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Illinois Gaming Investors, LLC (“IGI”). The promotion starts Saturday, September 1, 2018 when such Gaming Café opens and ends Monday, September 3, 2018 at 7:00pm when the final drawing is completed.   The Labor Day Weekend Drawing Giveaway will allow guests that come into a Stella’s Place/Shelby’s to receive one entry card per person, per location, per promotional period.  The promotional period begins Saturday, September 1, 2018 when such gaming café opens and ends Saturday, September 2, 2018 at 7:00pm when the final drawing is completed.  The following promotional period begins at the end of the 7pm drawing after the fishbowl is emptied of entries. Beginning at this time, guests may receive an entry for the next day’s drawings.   Guests must provide name, phone number and email to qualify to win a $15 Shell Gas Card.  Each location will draw three (3) winners each promotional day (Saturday, Sunday and Monday) at 7pm.  Guests do not need to be present to win. Guests can only win one (1) $15 Shell Gas Card per location, per day. Entries in the fishbowl will be emptied after each daily drawing, at which time the next promotional period will begin.
  1. ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open to all guests who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and a member of the PlaySpinWin loyalty program.  The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Illinois Gaming Investors, LLC (“IGI”), Laredo Hospitility Management, LLC, and Gold Rush Amusements, Inc.  (“Gold Rush”) their parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those living in the same household (defined as those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence as the Eligible Entrant at any time during the Promotion Period) of such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees.  Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must complete an official registration form, which includes providing his/her complete name, street address (including city and state), date of birth, phone number and email address (optional).  There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

  1. PROMOTION DATE:  The “promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Saturday, September 1, 2018 when such Gaming Café opens that day and ends on Monday, September 3, 2018 at 7pm (the last drawing of the holiday weekend).  Three (3) names will be drawn each promotional day (Saturday, Sunday and Monday) at 7:00pm by a Laredo Guest Service Host and the winners will receive one (1) $15 Shell Gas Card.    
  • Drawing entry tickets will be removed from the fishbowl after each daily drawing is completed.  At this time a new promotional period begins, and guests may receive one entry for the following days drawing. 

Example: 

  • Entry received Saturday, September 1 when such café opens – 7:00pm Saturday, September 1st = Saturday, September 1st 7pm Drawing.
  • Entry received at the completion of the 7pm drawing Saturday, September 1 – 7:00pm Sunday, September 2nd = Sunday, September 2nd Drawing. 
  • Entry received at the completion of the 7pm drawing Sunday, September 2 – 7:00pm Monday, September 3rd = Monday, September 3rd Drawing.   
  1. PROMOTIONAL DETAILS:  Starting Saturday, September 1,2018 – Monday, September 3, 2018 at 7pm each promotional period, every eligible entrant that visits a participating gaming café, is a member of the PlaySpinWin program, provides a phone number and email address can receive one (1) entry per promotional period, per person, per participating location, while supplies last.    Three (3) winner will be drawn every day (Saturday, Sunday and Monday) at 7pm per participating location.  Guests do not need to be present to win a $15 Shell Gas Card.   Entries in the fishbowl will be emptied after each daily drawing. The promotional period begins Saturday, September 1, 2018 when such gaming café opens thru Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 7:00pm when the final drawing is completed.  The following promotional period begins at the end of each 7pm drawing, and after the fishbowl is emptied of entries. Beginning at this time, guests may be entered in the next day’s drawings.     

Odds of winning drawings depend on the number of entries in the drawing entry bowl.

  1. MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any creative/collateral materials relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules will prevail. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or damaged entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections
  1. CONDITIONS:  Prizes are not transferable.  One (1) entry card per person, per promotional period, per participating location.  Not responsible for lost or stolen Shell Gas Cards.
  1. CHOICE OF LAW: All aspects of this promotion follow Illinois law, including Illinois Gaming and Sweepstakes laws and applicable Illinois Gaming Board policies and must be compliant with those laws and policies at all times.
