Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

• PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2019 Around the World Giveaway Promotion (the “Promotion”) will be available at all participating Stella’s Place and Shelby’s locations (55 locations). These gaming cafes/restaurants operate under the ownership and management of Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC, and are sponsored by Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Midwest SRO.  The promotion starts on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 8 a.m. (or when such Gaming Café opens that day) and ends on Friday, November 22, 2019 (at time of close for each location) or while supplies last. Each participating Gaming Café will have suitcase maps (the “Suitcase Map”) available for distribution on a first come, first served basis to those who meet the eligibility requirements. Limit one Suitcase Map per person.  You must have a Suitcase Map to participate in the Promotion. The Suitcase Map contains “stops” along the path that must be completed in a specific order by visiting a Gaming Café at a limit of once per gaming day.  One Grand Prize finalist winner will be selected at random from each Gaming Café for a chance to win a Mini Cooper (guest may take the cash value of $15,600) and door prizes during our Grand Prize drawing. The Grand Prize drawing will occur on Friday, December 6, 2019 at 7:00pm at a location yet to be determined.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and a member of the PlaySpinWin loyalty program*, and who are in Illinois at the time of the participation in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”).  The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC, and Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Midwest SRO, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those living in the same household (defined as those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence as the Eligible Entrant at any time during the Promotion Period) of such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide his/her complete name, street address (including city and state), date of birth, phone number and email address (optional). There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

1. PROMOTION DATE: The “promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 8 a.m. (or when such Gaming Café opens that day) and ends on Friday, November 22, 2019 (at time of close for each location) or while supplies last. 

Drawing entries will remain in the drawing entry bowl until final drawing at end of the promotion.

1. PROMOTIONAL DETAILS: Starting on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 8 a.m. (or when such Gaming Café opens that day) through Friday, November 22, 2019. Every Eligible Entrant that visits a participating gaming café and is a member of the PlaySpinWin program can receive one (1) Suitcase Map per person, while supplies last. Guests may receive one stamp per day across all participating locations. Every fourth stamp, when a guest redeems a stamp for a country sticker, they will receive the corresponding prize based on availability. Each guest will receive one drawing entry per person, per day across all participating locations for the Grand Prize drawing when they receive a stamp. Guest must completely fill out entry card with name, phone number, address, and email address to be eligible to win. One Grand Prize Finalist will be drawn from each participating location. One unique Grand Prize Finalist winner will be selected at random from each Gaming Café for a chance to win a Mini Cooper on Friday, December 6, 2019. Winner must be present at the Grand Prize drawing to win.

Odds of winning Grand Prize drawing depend on the number of drawing entries in the drawing entry bowl.

Prize Matrix

1. GRAND FINALE FINALIST NOTIFICATION PROCEDURES: Location finalist winners do not need to be present at the time of the drawing to determine the Grand Finale Finalists, but must be present to win at the Grand Finale Drawing. A unique Grand Finale Finalist will be chosen from each participating location. No person may have more than one entry into the Grand Finale Drawing. Potential winners will be notified of their selection via phone and e-mail at the e-mail address provided on the entry slip (the “Winner Notification”), and will also be notified of the location of the Grand Finale Drawing.

1. Grand Finale Finalist Claim Process: Grand Prize Finalists must come to the location acting as the host of the Grand Finale between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on December 6, 2019 to register as a participant in the Grand Finale Drawing. Each finalist must show a valid identification card (either a driver’s license or state ID) with the finalist’s picture, name, address and age. Finalists (in Sponsors’ sole discretion) may be required to complete, sign and submit a Prize Claim Form which includes a liability and publicity release, where legal, before they will be able to participate as a finalist in the Grand Finale Drawing.

1. GRAND FINALE DRAWING DETAILS: Upon registration and checking in, prior to 6:30 p.m. on December 6, 2019, all participating Grand Prize finalists will choose an envelope. The envelopes will contain a number from 1 to 55. The number in that envelope will be that individual’s assigned number for all purposes. Finalists must keep their envelope and inserted number and may not trade with any other finalist or transfer their envelope and number to any other person(s). An equal quantity of separate numbered envelopes will be used to identify which participant wins the prize. The Grand Prize winner will be given an option of receiving either the Mini Cooper or a $15,600 check. Details on how to claim the Grand Prize will be provided at the drawing table.

1. MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any creative/collateral materials relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules will prevail. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or damaged entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections.

1. CONDITIONS: Prizes are not transferable. One (1) Suitcase Map per person across all participating locations based on availability. Limit one (1) stamp per person per gaming day across all participating locations. Not responsible for lost or stolen suitcase maps or prizes.

1. CONDITIONS: Any applicable taxes on Gifts/Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. No more than the advertised number of Prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entrants. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion. Persons who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion (or portion thereof) for any or no reason, including if Sponsor determines that any portion of the Promotion is compromised for any reason, and, if terminated, at Sponsor’s discretion, Sponsor may select the potential winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to action taken. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

1. CHOICE OF LAW:  All aspects of this promotion follow Illinois law, including Illinois Gaming and Sweepstakes laws and applicable Illinois Gaming Board policies and must be compliant with those laws and policies at all times.
