1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2019 New Year’s Eve Drawing Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will be available at all Stella’s Place and Shelby’s locations. These gaming cafes/restaurants operate under the ownership and management of Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC, with video gaming provided by Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Midwest SRO, LLC (“Sponsors”). The promotion starts on Sunday, December 29, 2019 when such Gaming Cafés open and ends on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at 7:00pm when the final drawing is completed. The 2019 New Year’s Eve Drawing Giveaway will allow guests who come into a Stella’s Place/Shelby’s to receive one entry card per person, per drawing, per location to be entered in the daily drawings. Guests must provide full name, phone number, mailing address, and email address to qualify to win a pair of stainless-steel stemless champagne flutes. From Sunday, December 29, 2019 – Tuesday, December 31, 2019, each location will draw three (3) winners each day at 7:00pm. Guests can win one (1) prize per day per location, but they can win multiple days throughout the promotion. Guests do not need to be present to win. Entries in the drawing entry bowl will be removed after each daily drawing, at which time guests may enter in to the next drawing.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and a member of the PlaySpinWin loyalty program*, and who are in Illinois at the time of the participation in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”).  The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC, Gold Rush Amusements, Inc, and Midwest SRO, LLC, and each of their parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those living in the same household (defined as those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence as the Eligible Entrant at any time during the Promotion Period) of such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees.  Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide his/her complete name, street address (including city and state), date of birth, phone number and email address (optional).  There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

1. PROMOTION DATE:  The “promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Sunday, December 29, 2019 when such Gaming Café opens that day and ends on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at 7:00 pm (After the completion of the drawing).  Three (3) names will be drawn each day (Sunday – Tuesday) at 7:00 pm by a Laredo Guest Service Host and the winners will receive a pair (2) of stainless-steel stemless champagne flutes.

1. PROMOTIONAL DETAILS:  Starting Sunday, December 29, 2019 when such Gaming Café opens and ending Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at 7:00 pm, every eligible entrant that visits a participating gaming café, is a member of the PlaySpinWin program, and provides a phone number, address, and email address can receive one (1) entry per drawing, per participating location.  Three (3) winners will be drawn each day from December 29, 2019 –December 31, 2019 at 7:00 pm, at each participating location.  Guests do not need to be present to win.  Entries in the fishbowl will be removed after each daily drawing.   A good faith effort will be made to contact winners.  Winners will have 14 days, from the day the prize was won, to claim their prize.  Any prizes not claimed within 14 days of the date won will be forfeited and will not be awarded. 1. MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any creative/collateral materials relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules will prevail. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or damaged entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections. Management reserves all rights.

1. SPONSOR: The 2019 New Year’s Eve Drawing Giveaway promotion is sponsored by Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC, Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”), and Midwest SRO, LLC (“Midwest SRO”). Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC is located at 2800 South River Road, Suite 110, Des Plaines, IL 60018.

1. CONDITIONS:  Prizes are not transferable.  One (1) entry card per person, per drawing, per participating location.  Not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. Prizes cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.    

1. CHOICE OF LAW: All aspects of this promotion follow Illinois law, including Illinois Gaming and Sweepstakes laws and applicable Illinois Gaming Board policies and must be compliant with those laws and policies at all times.
