Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2019 “Passport to Summer Cash” (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC and Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) (“Sponsors”).  The Promotion will be available at Stella’s Wheeling Lynn Plaza, Stella’s Wheeling Fresh Farms, Stella’s Wheeling Lexington Commons, and Stella’s Prospect Heights that operate in Illinois under the ownership and management of Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC under the names Stella’s Place (the “Gaming Cafes”) and will be available in four (4) gaming cafes/restaurants. The Passport to Summer Cash promotion will allow guests that visit a participating location to receive one passport book per person throughout the duration of the promotion. Guests may receive one stamp on their passport book per day across all participating locations. Guests will receive one entry per person per stamp. Entries will remain in the drawing entry bowl until Grand Prize Drawing. One winner will be drawn on Friday, August 30, 2019 for $500 cash.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to all guests who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and a member of the PlaySpinWin loyalty program (Eligible Entrant).  No purchase necessary.  The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC, Gold Rush Gaming, and each of their parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any printing or promotional companies involved in any way with this Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as (“Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological, adoptive, step or in-law) and those living in the same household (defined as those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence as the Eligible Entrant at any time during the Promotion Period) of such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees.  Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. 

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide his/her complete name, street address (including city and state), date of birth, phone number and email address (optional).  There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

1. PROMOTION DATE:  The “promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 8am (or when such Gaming Café opens that day) and ends on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 (at time of close for each location) or while supplies last.  On Friday, August 30, 2019, one (1) name will be drawn from across all four participating locations for the Grand Prize.

1. PROMOTIONAL DETAILS:  Starting on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 8 am (or when such Gaming Café opens that day) through Wednesday, August 28, 2019 (at time of close for each location), every Eligible Entrant that visits a participating location may receive one (1) passport book.

Guests may receive one stamp per day within the designated week listed on each page across all participating locations. Guests will receive one drawing entry per person per stamp. Guests may also receive one location stamp on their passport book per day across all participating locations in addition to their weekly stamp.   If the guest visits and receives a stamp at all of the four participating locations; five (5) “Bonus Drawing Entries” will be awarded.  All drawing entries will remain in the drawing entry bowl until Grand Prize Drawing. On Friday, August 30, 2019, one winner will be drawn for $500 cash.

1. MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any creative/collateral materials relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules will prevail. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or damaged entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections

1. CONDITIONS:  Prizes are not transferable.  Not responsible for lost or stolen punch cards or prizes.

1. CHOICE OF LAW:  All aspects of this promotion follow Illinois law, including Illinois Gaming and Sweepstakes laws and applicable Illinois Gaming Board policies and must be compliant with those laws and policies at all times.
