The Grand Outdoors Giveaway will take our guest on a great journey as they make stops along their Adventure Map.  Each guest will try to find their way along the map to try and win a trip to Colorado!   Each stop is marked by visiting one of our locations and offers something fun from a SCRATCH & WIN card to a free entry into the GRAND drawing.  Scratch and Win prizes include all of the great outdoors necessities including S’mores Makers, Flannel Blankets, Backpacks, and of course a little Free Play.

• PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2018 Grand Outdoors Giveaway Promotion (the “Promotion”) will be available at all Stella’s Place and Shelby’s locations (57 locations). These gaming cafes/restaurants operate under the ownership and management of Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC, and sponsored by Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Illinois Gaming Investors, LLC d/b/a Prairie State Gaming.  The promotion starts on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 8am (or when such Gaming Café opens that day) and ends on Friday, October 19, 2018 (at time of close for each location) or while supplies last.   The Grand Outdoors Giveaway Promotion will allow guests that come into a Stella’s Place/Shelby’s to receive one Grand Adventure Map per person for the duration of the promotion. Guests can receive one stamp on their Grand Adventure Map and one entry to the Grand Prize drawing per person, per day throughout all participating locations. Guests will receive a scratch card every third stamp until the Grand Adventure Map is complete. Grand Prize drawing will be for one winner across all locations for a trip to Colorado. Drawing will take place on Monday, October 22, 2018.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and a member of the PlaySpinWin loyalty program*, and who are in Illinois at the time of the participation in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”).  The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC, and  Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Illinois Gaming Investors, LLC d/b/a Prairie State Gaming its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those living in the same household (defined as those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence as the Eligible Entrant at any time during the Promotion Period) of such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees.  Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must complete an official registration form, which includes providing his/her complete name, street address (including city and state), date of birth, phone number and email address (optional).  There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

1. PROMOTION DATE:  The “promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 8am (or when such Gaming Café opens that day) and ends on Friday, October 19, 2018 (at time of close for each location) or while supplies last. 

Drawing entry tickets will remain in the drawing entry bowl until final drawing at end of the promotion.

1. PROMOTIONAL DETAILS:  Starting on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 8 am (or when such Gaming Café opens that day) through Friday, October 19, 2018.   Every Eligible Entrant that visits a participating gaming café and is a member of the PlaySpinWin program can receive one (1) Grand Adventure Map per person. Guest may receive one (1) prize per promotional day when redeeming a stamp on their Grand Adventure Map. When a guest redeems a stamp on a Peel & Win square, they will receive a scratch card to reveal a prize. Each guest will receive one entry card per person per day throughout all participating locations to go into the drawing entry bowl for the Grand Prize drawing. One (1) winner will be drawn across all locations to win the Grand Prize on October 22, 2018. Winner will have 14 days from notification to claim their prize.

Odds of winning Grand Prize drawing depend on the number of entries in the drawing entry bowl.
