Wednesday, August 1 – Sunday, September 30, 2018

OBJECTIVE:

To drive awareness to certain locations and reward loyal and first-time guests with a promotion that provides a free entrée coupon and/or a bonus $2 Illinois Lottery Instant ticket* throughout the duration of the promotion.

DATES OF PROMOTION:

Every day beginning Wednesday, August 1, 2018 and ending Sunday, September 30, 2018 – Or while supplies last.

PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS

  • Free Entrée – All 57 Locations.
  • $2.00 Illinois Lottery Instant Ticket* – Stella’s Place – Broadview, Shelby’s – Franklin Park, Stella’s Place – Melrose Park, Shelby’s – Melrose Park, Shelby’s – Northlake, Stella’s Place – River Grove and Stella’s Place – Westchester (Select Locations).                                              

OVERVIEW

  • Beginning August 1, 2018 and ending September 30, 2018, guests who come into a Stella’s Place or Shelby’s, presents the original “Free Entrée” coupon from the Neighbors publication, will receive one (1) free food item.   In addition to the Free Entrée, guests who presents the original “Bonus Instant Ticket” coupon at Select Locations will receive one (1) free $2 Illinois instant lottery ticket. 
  • Guests must be a member of our PLAYSPINWIN loyalty club to participate.
  • If the guest is not a member of the PLAYSPINWIN loyalty club, please sign them up by asking their name, e-mail address, phone number, and address.
  • There is no purchase necessary to receive a free entrée or receive a $2 lottery ticket.
  • Guest must present the original “coupon(s)” from the Neighbors publication to a guest host to participate.
  • Guests can only receive one (1) free entrée per original “coupon”, per person, across all participating locations, over the entire length of the promotion.
  • Guests can only receive one (1) $2 Illinois Lottery instant ticket per original “coupon,” per person, across all participating locations, over the entire length of the promotion.
  • Lottery tickets are available while quantities last.
  • Any winnings from the lottery ticket can be redeemed at a participating Illinois Lottery location.

EXECUTION DETAILS:

  • Guests who come into a participating location during the promotional period, present the original “coupon” from the Neighbors Publication, and provide an email address, will receive one (1) free entrée and/or one (1) $2 Illinois lottery instant ticket.
  • Make sure the guest is a PLAYSPINWIN member.  If not please sign them up.
  • Please verify their name, address, email and home address.
  • Verify that the guest has not already participated in the promotion.
  • Collect the Neighbors publication “coupon” from the guest and place it the designated envelope. 
  • Write the guest’s first and last name, and email on the gift log sheet and initial.
  • Log into shift notes and record the guest’s name under Winners and Prizes Won.

Redeeming a Bonus Instant Ticket coupon

  • The Bonus instant Ticket offer is only available at Stella’s Place – Broadview, Shelby’s – Franklin Park, Stella’s Place – Melrose Park, Shelby’s – Melrose Park, Shelby’s – Northlake, Stella’s Place – River Grove and Stella’s Place – Westchester (Select Locations).                                              
  • Hand the guest one (1) $2 Illinois Lottery Instant ticket and thank them for their visit.
  • Log into shiftnotes and record the guest’s name under Winners and Prizes Won.
  • Only one (1) $2.00 Lottery ticket redemption per “coupon”, per person across all participating locations throughout the duration of the promotion. 
  • The guest can redeem any winnings at a participating Illinois Lottery location.

Redeeming a Free Entrée coupon (excluding alcohol)

  • Please ring in the menu item, and then discount to the route operator for your store. Staple the coupon to the original Free Entrée  coupon.
  • Enter the first and last name of the Menu Item winner in the designated promotion log sheet and then enter this information into the “Winners & Prizes Won” section in Shift Notes.
  • Only one (1) Free Entrée redemption per “coupon”, per person across all participating locations throughout the duration of the promotion. 

ELIGIBILITY TO WIN:

The promotion is available Wednesday, August 1, 2018 – Sunday, September 30, 2018, or while supplies last.

  1. Each qualifying guest may receive one (1) $2.00 Illinois Lottery instant ticket upon providing the original “coupon” from The Neighbors Publication and an email address to a participating location.
  2. Each qualifying guest may receive one (1) free entrée upon providing the original “coupon” from The Neighbors Publication and an email address.
  3. Must be 21 years of age and a legal US resident and a member of the PLAYSPINWIN rewards program to participate.
  4. No purchase or gaming necessary to win a $2 Illinois Lottery instant ticket or receive a free entrée.
  5. The following are ineligible to participate in the promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Laredo Hospitality, LLC, Prairie State Gaming, Gold Rush  and their parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent: whether biological, adoptive, step or in-law) and those living in the same household (defined as those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence as the Eligible Entrant at any time during the Promotional Period) of such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees.  Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
  6. To become a loyalty card member, eligible participants must be entered into revel or square, which includes providing his/her complete name, street address (including city and state), date of birth, phone number and email address (optional).  There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for the loyalty card membership.
