  • February 7 – Gym Bag with Shaker Bottle
• Two winners will be drawn at each location for each drawing.
• Fishbowls are to be emptied after each drawing.

  • There will be one unique winner from each location for the Fitbit Versa 2.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2020 “New Year, New You” Giveaway (the “Promotion”) will be available at all Stella’s Place and Shelby’s locations. These gaming cafes/restaurants operate under the ownership and management of Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC, with video gaming provided by Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Midwest SRO (“MSRO”) (“Sponsors”). The promotion starts Friday, January 17, 2020 when such Gaming Café opens and ends Friday, February 7, 2020 at 7:00pm when the final weekly drawing is completed.  The “New Year, New You” Giveaway will allow guests who come into a Stella’s Place/Shelby’s to receive one entry card per person, per day, per location to be entered in weekly drawings.  Guest must provide name, phone number, mailing address, and email address to qualify to win. Prizes vary each week. On Friday, January 24, Friday, January 31, and Friday, February 7, each location will draw two (2) winners at 7:00 pm. Guests can win one (1) prize per drawing, per location, but may win multiple days throughout the promotional period. Guests do not need to be present to win. Entries will be removed after each weekly drawing. Entries from each weekly drawing will be combined for the Grand Prize drawing on Tuesday, February 11, 2020. One unique winner will be drawn from each location on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 for a Fitbit Versa 2.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open to all guests who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and a member of the PlaySpinWin loyalty program*.  No purchase necessary. The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Laredo Hospitality Management, LLC, Midwest SRO, LLC, and  Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) their parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those living in the same household (defined as those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence as the Eligible Entrant at any time during the Promotion Period) of such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide his/her complete name, street address (including city and state), date of birth, phone number and email address (optional).  There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

PROMOTION DATE:  The “promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Friday, January 17, 2020 when each Gaming Café opens that day and ends on Friday, February 7, 2020 at 7:00 pm (At completion of the drawing).  Two (2) names will be drawn at each location Friday, January 24, Friday, January 31, and Friday, February 7, 2020 at 7:00 pm by a Laredo Guest Service Host and the winners will receive one (1) prize. One Unique Grand Prize winner for each location will be drawn on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 for a Fitbit Versa 2.

PROMOTIONAL DETAILS:  Starting Friday, January 17, 2020 when such Gaming Café opens and ending Friday, February 7, 2020 at 7:00 pm, every eligible entrant that visits a participating gaming café, is a member of the PlaySpinWin program, and provides a phone number, mailing address, and email address can receive one (1) entry per day, per participating location, while supplies last.  Two (2) winners will be drawn on Friday, January 24, Friday, January 31, and Friday, February 7, 2020 at 7:00 pm, at each participating location. One unique Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from each Gaming Café for a chance to win a Fitbit Versa 2 on Tuesday, February 11, 2020.  Guests do not need to be present to win.  Entries will be removed from the drawing entry bowl after each weekly drawing. Entries from each week will be combined for the Grand Prize drawing. A good faith effort will be made to contact winners.  Winners will have 14 days, from the day the prize was won, to claim their prize.  Any prizes not claimed within 14 days of the date won will be forfeited and will not be awarded. 

1. PRIZE DISTRIBUTION OUTLINE: 

Odds of winning drawings depend on the number of entries in the drawing entry bowl. Management reserves the rights to substitute prizes.

1. MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any creative/collateral materials relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules will prevail. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or damaged entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections. Management reserves all rights.

1. CONDITIONS:  Prizes are not transferable.  One (1) entry card per person, per day, per participating location.  Not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.  Designated gift card prizes cannot be exchanged and have no cash value.  Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.    

1. CONDITIONS: Any applicable taxes on Gifts/Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Entries are availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the notification of winners, or in any Promotion related materials. No more than the advertised number of Prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entrants. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion. Persons who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion (or portion thereof) for any or no reason, including if Sponsor determines that any portion of the Promotion is compromised for any reason, and, if terminated, at Sponsor’s discretion, Sponsor may select the potential winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to action taken. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

1. CHOICE OF LAW: All aspects of this promotion follow Illinois law, including Illinois Gaming and Sweepstakes laws and applicable Illinois Gaming Board policies and must be compliant with those laws and policies at all times.
