1. 2. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2022 “Shop ‘til You Drop Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) will be available at all participating Dotty’s, Stella’s Place, and Shelby’s locations. These gaming cafes/restaurants operate under the ownership and management of Illinois Café & Service Company, LLC, with video gaming provided by Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Midwest SRO (“MSRO”) (“Sponsors”). The promotion starts Monday, November 28th, 2022, when such Gaming Café opens and ends Sunday, December 18th, 2022, when such Gaming Café closes. The “Promotion” will allow guests who come into a Dotty’s, Stella’s Place or Shelby’s to enter once per person, per day, per location. Guest must provide their full name, phone number, birth date, mailing address, and email address to qualify to win. There are three (3) weekly promotional periods and one (1) grand prize promotional period defined as follows: a. Monday, November 28, 2022, through Sunday, December 4, 2022
2. b. Monday, December 5, 2022, through Sunday, December 11, 2022
3. c. Monday, December 12, 2022, through Sunday, December 18, 2022
4. d. Monday, November 28, 2022, through Sunday, December 18, 2022 – Grand Prize Promotion Period

All daily entries are submitted into both the current weekly promotional period and the grand prize promotional period. In each weekly promotional period, entries accumulate throughout the weekly promotional period for each location where the entry was received. Entries do not transfer from one location to another. Entries do not carry over into the next weekly promotional period. In the grand prize promotional period all non-winning daily entries are accumulated into the region in which the entry was received. Entries do not transfer from one region to another.

For the three (3) weekly promotional periods, a total of two hundred and sixty-one (261) unique weekly winners will be drawn, with eighty-seven (87) unique winners – one per location, being drawn per week. Each unique winner will receive one (1) of the designated weekly promotional period prizes. For the grand prize promotional period, twelve (12) unique grand prize winners will be drawn one (1) from each region. Guests do not need to be present to win. Guests will have 14 days from the date the prize was awarded to claim their prize.

Each promotional period drawing will be held the following business day after each promotional period ends, December 5, December 12, December 19, 2022, at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC, (2800 S River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018).

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ODDS: The promotion is open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and a member of the PlaySpinWin program*, and who are in Illinois at the time of the participation in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”). The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Illinois Café and Services Company, LLC, Gold Rush Amusements, Inc, and Midwest SRO, LLC, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively

referred to herein as “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those persons, whether related or not, living in the same residence as such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of the Promotion Parties at any time during the Promotion. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide their full name, phone number, birth date, mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), and email address. There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries in the Promotional Period, the number of entries in each location, and the number of entries in each region.

A guest may only win one (1) weekly prize over the entire promotion, if the guests name is drawn a second time for a weekly prize, a new drawing will immediately occur to select a unique winner. A guest may only win one (1) grand prize, if the guests name is drawn a second time for a grand prize, a new drawing will immediately occur to select a unique winner.

4. PROMOTION DATES: The “Promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Monday, November 28, 2022, when such Gaming Café opens and ends Sunday, December 18, 2022, when such Gaming Café closes. For each of the three (3) weekly promotional periods, eighty-seven (87) unique names, one per location, will be drawn on December 5, December 12, December 19, 2022, for a total of two hundred and sixty-one (261) unique weekly winners. For the grand prize promotional period, twelve (12) unique grand prize winners, one (1) per region, will be drawn on December 19, 2022, at Illinois Café & Service Co. 2800 S River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60018.

5. PROMOTIONAL DETAILS: All guests who are members of the PlaySpinWin program, and have provided their full name, phone number, birth date, mailing address, and email address may receive one (1) entry per day, per location. For the three (3) weekly promotional periods, eighty-seven (87) unique winners will be drawn – one per location – to win one (1) of the designated weekly prizes. For grand prize promotional period, twelve (12) unique grand prize winners will be drawn – one (1) per region – to win one (1) of the Grand Prizes.
