1. 2. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: “The Great Grocery Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) will be available at all participating Dotty’s, Stella’s Place, and Shelby’s locations. These gaming cafes/restaurants operate under the ownership and management of Illinois Café & Service Company, LLC, with video gaming provided by Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) or Midwest SRO (“MSRO”) (“Sponsors”). The promotion starts Monday, August 15, 2022, when such Gaming Café opens and ends Sunday, September 11, 2022, when such Gaming Café closes. The “Promotion” will allow guests who come into a participating Dotty’s, Stella’s Place or Shelby’s to enter once per person, every 60 minutes, across all participating locations. Guest must provide their full name, phone number, birth date, mailing address, and email address to qualify to win. There are twenty-eight (28) daily promotional periods, three (3) runners up promotional periods, and one (1) grand prize promotional period defined as follows: a. 28 Daily Promotional Periods: Each daily promotional period begins at the open of each cafe and ends when each café closes.

3. c. 1 Grand Prize Promotional Periods run August 15, 2022, through September 11, 2022

All daily entries are submitted into the current daily promotional period, the runners up promotional period and the grand prize promotional period. In each daily promotional period, entries accumulate throughout the daily promotional period for each location group where the entry was received. Entries do not transfer from one group to another. Entries do not carry over into the next daily promotional period. In the runners up and grand prize promotional periods all daily entries are accumulated into the group in which the entry was received. Entries do not transfer from one group to another.

For the twenty-eight (28) daily promotional periods, a total of twenty-eight (28) unique daily winners will be drawn, one (1) per day across all locations in the group. Each unique winner will receive one (1) of the designated daily promotional period prizes. For the runners up promotional period, three (3) unique winners will be drawn, 1 per participating location. For the grand prize promotional period, one (1) unique grand prize winner will be drawn across all locations in the group. Guests do not need to be present to win. Guests will have 14 days from the date the prize was awarded to claim their prize.

Each promotional period drawing will be held the following business day after each promotional period ends, at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC, (2800 S River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018).

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ODDS: The promotion is open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and a member of the PlaySpinWin program*, and who are in Illinois at the time of the participation in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”). The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize, even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of Illinois Café and Services Company, LLC, Gold Rush Amusements, Inc, and Midwest SRO, LLC, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above italicized entities collectively

referred to herein as “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step or in-law) and those persons, whether related or not, living in the same residence as such employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees of the Promotion Parties at any time during the Promotion. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide their full name, phone number, birth date, mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), and email address. There is no fee to enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries in the Promotional Period, the number of entries in each location, and the number of entries in each group.

A guest may only win one (1) daily prize over the entire promotion, if the guests name is drawn a second time for a daily prize, a new drawing will immediately occur to select a unique winner. A guest may only win one (1) runner up or grand prize, if the guests name is drawn a second time for a runners up or grand prize, a new drawing will immediately occur to select a unique winner.

4. PROMOTION DATES: The “Promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Monday, August 15, 2022, when such Gaming Café opens and ends Sunday, September 11, 2022, when such Gaming Café closes.

Drawings will be held the next business day after each promotional period closes at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC, (2800 S River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018).

5. PROMOTIONAL DETAILS: All guests who are members of the PlaySpinWin program, and have provided their full name, phone number, birth date, mailing address, and email address may receive one (1) entry every 60 minutes, across all participating locations.
