Official Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
2. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The 2022 “Warm Winner Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) will be available at all
participating Dotty’s, Stella’s Place, and Shelby’s locations. These gaming cafes/restaurants operate
under the ownership and management of Illinois Café & Service Company, LLC, with video gaming
provided by Gold Rush Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) and Midwest SRO (“MSRO”) (“Sponsors”).
The promotion starts Monday, January 17, 2022, when such Gaming Café opens and ends Sunday,
February 20, 2022, when such Gaming Café closes. The “Promotion” will allow guests who come into a
Dotty’s, Stella’s Place or Shelby’s to enter once per person, per day, per location. Guest must provide
full name, phone number, birthdate, mailing address, and email address to qualify to win. There are
five promotional periods defined as follows:
a. Monday, January 17, 2022, through Sunday, January 23, 2022
b. Monday, January 24, 2022, through Sunday, January 30, 2022
c. Monday, January 31, 2022, through Sunday, February 6, 2022
d. Monday, February 7, 2022, through Sunday, February 13, 2022
e. Monday, February 14, 2022, through Sunday, February 20, 2022
Daily entries will accumulate through the individual promotional periods but will not carry over into
the next promotional period for the first four (4) weeks of weekly prize giveaways. Daily entries from
all five (5) promotional periods will be combined for the ten (10) grand prize drawings on February 21,
2022.
Each drawing will be held the day after each promotional period ends, January 24, 2022, January 31,
2022, February 7, 2022, February 14, 2022, and February 21, 2022, at Illinois Café & Service Co., LLC,
(2800 S River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018).
For the first four (4) promotional periods, 86 unique winners will be drawn – one per location – to win
one (1) of the designated weekly prizes. For the fifth promotional period, ten (10) grand prize winners
will be drawn from the combined entries from all five promotional periods. A Grand Prize is one (1) of
each of the four (4) weekly prizes. Guests do not need to be present to win. Guests will have 14 days
from the day the prize was won to claim.
3. ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois, who are twenty-one
(21) years of age or older at the time of entry and a member of the PlaySpinWin loyalty program*. No
purchase necessary. The following are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and/or to win a prize,
even if they otherwise meet the definition of an Eligible Entrant: employees, officers, directors, agents,
successors and assignees of Illinois Café & Service Company, LLC, Midwest SRO, LLC, and Gold Rush
Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”) their parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, its advertising
agencies and any promotional companies involved in any way with the Promotion (all of the above
italicized entities collectively referred to herein as “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family
members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or grandparent; whether biological adoptive, step
or in-law) and those living in the same household (defined as those persons whether related or not
who live in the same residence as the Eligible Entrant at any time during the Promotion Period) of such
employees, officers, directors, agents, successors and assignees. Void elsewhere and wherever
prohibited or restricted by law.
*To become a PlaySpinWin member, eligible participants must provide his/her complete name, street
address (including city and state), date of birth, phone number and email address. There is no fee to
enter the Gaming Café and no fee to register for a PlaySpinWin membership.
4. PROMOTION DATES: The “Promotion” will begin in all participating Gaming Cafés on Monday, January
17, 2022, when such Gaming Café opens and ends Sunday, February 20, 2022, when such Gaming Café
closes. For the first four (4) promotional period, eighty-six (86) unique names, one per location, will be
drawn on Mondays, January 24, 2022, January 31, 2022, February 7, 2022, and February 14, 2022. For
the fifth promotional period, ten (10) unique grand prize winners will be drawn from the combined
entries of all 5 promotional periods on February 21, 2022, at Illinois Café & Service Co. 2800 S River Rd,
Des Plaines, IL 60018.
5. PROMOTIONAL DETAILS: Starting Monday, January 17, 2022, – Sunday, February 20, 2022, a guest
who is a member of the PlaySpinWin program, and has provided their full name, phone number, birth
date, mailing address, and email address may receive one (1) entry per day, per location. For the first
four (4) promotional periods, 86 unique winners will be drawn – one per location – to win one (1) of the
designated weekly prizes. For the fifth promotional period, ten (10) grand prize winners will be drawn
from the combined entries from all five promotional periods.

Odds of winning drawings depend on the number of entries in the Promotional Period.
Guests do not need to be present to win a prize. Entries do not carry over into the next promotional
period for the first four (4) promotional periods. For the fifth (5th) promotional period all entries will be
combined along with all entries earned promotional period five (5). A good faith effort will be made to
contact winners. Winners will have 14 days, from the day the prize was won, to claim their prize. Any
prizes not claimed within 14 days of the date won will be forfeited and will not be awarded.
6. MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any
creative/collateral materials relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules will prevail. Released
Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed,
misdirected, undelivered, or damaged entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server,
Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections. Management reserves all rights.
7. CONDITIONS: Prizes are not transferable. One (1) entry per person, per day, per location. Not
responsible for lost or stolen prizes. Designated prizes cannot be exchanged and have no cash value.

8. CONDITIONS: Any applicable taxes on Gifts/Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. No more
than the advertised number of Prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning are dependent upon the
number of entrants. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate
information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage
to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion. Persons who act
in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely
determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the
right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion (or portion thereof) for any
or no reason, including if Sponsor determines that any portion of the Promotion is compromised for
any reason, and, if terminated, at Sponsor’s discretion, Sponsor may select the potential winner(s) for
the drawing(s) at issue from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received for the applicable
drawing(s) prior to action taken. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS
AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL
REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Amusements, Inc. (“Gold Rush”), and Midwest SRO, LLC (“Midwest SRO”). Illinois Café and Services

10. CHOICE OF LAW: All aspects of this promotion follow Illinois law, including Illinois Gaming and
Sweepstakes laws and applicable Illinois Gaming Board policies and must be compliant with those laws
and policies at all times.
